Event Management

incidents/assets/staff for total cost analysis.
Incident Management
includes recording of header details with actions taken,
analysis/charting, costing, resource allocation, other people
and assets involved. optional inclusion of multiple images/
photographs per incident for information/evidence. Linked
to events for total cost of event support.
Staff Management
employment status, operational costing, training needs
identification and completion records. Resource/asset
allocation (e.g. Uniform & Equipment).
Asset Management
includes fixed assets, such as street furniture and CCTV
cameras at sites in the city/town centre, plus bulk assets,
such as barrier, staging or bunting used on occasional basis,
or staff resources such as uniform and equipment.
Records
storage / use / allocation, cost of ownership analysis, asset
inspection, maintenance, servicing and general review.
